Web Designer, Graphic Designer, Lifelong Student...
I have been interested in design for as long as I can remember. When I went to High School, I jumped at the chance to be part of the Technology Academy, which aimed to immerse students in technology from beginning of Freshman year to Graduation. I took various technology related classes, from Drafting to Electronics - but Art classes really piqued my interest. So, it was only natural that when I went to college I chose an Art Major.
When I attended UCF, I again chose a different path - not directly through the art department, but through the newly formed Digital Media program, which had courses of study such as writing for media and computer animation. Almost every class in the digital media coursework required the use of the internet, and most often our final projects were web-based. I took these opportunities to not only learn how to make a web page, but how to make a web page look great.
When I graduated from college, I had an excellent opportunity to use my skills in the real world, and I took a job with a company in Lake Mary, FL administering their website. Now my interests lie in creating unique works for anyone who wants or needs a website to uniquely identify them in the sea of the internet and advertising. My hope is that you will take a look at my portfolio and give me that opportunity and privilege.
